My Friends - Enrollment

To arrange an assessment, or if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call us at (916) 987-8632.

STEP 1:		CALL FOR A NURSING ASSESSMENT. A nurse can meet you at My Friends, or can come to your home.

STEP 2:		MY FRIENDS WILL DEVELOP A PLAN OF CARE JUST FOR YOU AND YOUR CHILD’S NEEDS. We will call your physician to discuss what’s best, and to get the necessary paperwork filled out and signed.

STEP 3:		YOU’RE IN! You can call My Friends at anytime to arrange care.

My Friends is eligible for both state and federally funded programs, and we can bill those programs directly. We have experts on staff to answer questions about your eligibility and to discuss rates, if private payment is an option you choose.
